Brian was very professional and responsive. He was able to put my wife’s uncertainties to rest, negotiated with the seller, and got the deal done. House hunting is exhausting. We had a complicated situation where I’m an Army Veteran with excellent credit and a high debt to income ratio. My husband has mediocre credit and primary source of income. We started out home buying journey mid 2021 and then gave up because credit wise we were not ready financially to buy. We looked at a few houses and got discouraged. During this time we met with Damian Bergler who became our relator. He was very easy to work with and was always available even at odd hours. We told him that we are taking a break from looking at houses until we are absolutely ready. Despite us not being ready Damian still answered all of our questions and never gave up on us. We then found our dream home January 2022. Made a strategic offer based on his relator experience and we were ready to get the ball rolling! Damian and his team are very professional, flexible and efficient. We were able to close on our home February 15, 2022. Overall we had a great experience with our realtor and lender! Brian was instrumental in helping us find our home in Longwood, FL. He went under contract for 5 houses for us until we found the right one that passed inspection. He NEVER had an issue searching through the 115 listings we sifted through to find the perfect home. We were moving all the way from Hawaii and he did all the inspections for us and never missed a beat. The price negotiation skills that Brian has been unparalleled.
